The ultimate goal of our Returns Policy is your satisfaction. Our Returns Policy covers items which are defective or where you have been sent the wrong product by mistake. Please contact us at retail@alexiares-and-ani.com if you feel that your situation has not been properly understood.


RETURNS POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS WHICH ARE UNOPENED, UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING.

PLEASE NOTE: ALEXIARES & ANI HAVE A 14 CALENDAR DAY RETURNS POLICY. IF MORE THAN 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE CHECK ALL OF YOUR PURCHASES IMMEDIATELY ON RECEIPT TO CONFIRM THAT EVERYTHING IS PRESENT AND CORRECT. IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH, PLEASE REFUSE TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS AND NOTIFY US AT RETAIL@ALEXIARES-AND-ANI.COM IMMEDIATELY


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

All of our products are checked for quality before dispatch. If, however, you receive a product which is defective or damaged we will offer a full Refund (including postage costs) or Exchange (including postage costs).


PROMOTIONAL SETS

If you received a defective or damaged product which was ordered as part of a promotional set, you must return all of the items in the promotional set to be eligible for a full Refund.


WRONG PRODUCT SENT

We check all of our orders thoroughly before dispatch. If, however, you receive the wrong product by mistake we will offer an Exchange (including all postage costs).


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a Return Request please email retail@alexiares-and-ani.com with the following details:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. The Details of What Went Wrong
  3. Whether you would prefer an Exchange or a full Refund - for a Return Ticket Number.

Once we have issued you a Return Ticket Number you should use insured shipping to send your item(s) back to us at your own cost. When we have received your items we will review your situation and hope to issue a full Refund (including all shipping costs) or initiate your Exchange (including all shipping costs). You will be updated by email at all stages.


PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARE RETURNED BY REGISTERED POST.
